RESERVATION POLICIES

POLICIES FOR STANDARD ROOMS AND EXECUTIVE ROOMS

The published rates are in Mexican pesos, plus 16% VAT and 5% ISH. They are rates considered on a single or double basis. Third and fourth person pay additional fee.

Children up to 11 years old free of charge sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults, food is not included.

Children over 11 years old pay an additional fee.

The maximum occupancy per room is 4 people, including adults and minors.

POLICIES FOR DELUXE SUITES

The published rates are in Mexican pesos, plus 16% VAT and 5% ISH. They are rates considered on a single or double basis.

The maximum occupancy per room is two adults, sharing a King size bed.

GENERAL POLICIES

Warranty Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and the card will be verified prior to arrival date. In the event that the card left as guarantee is not valid or for some reason is rejected by the Hotel's electronic terminal, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice and without any responsibility for the Hotel.

No Show Policy:

If you do not show up or register on the reserved date and there is no cancellation of the reservation, at least 72 hours in advance, the Hotel will generate a full charge for the first night of stay, releasing the room and subject to availability in case of a later arrival.

Survival Policy:

In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer, the Hotel, at its own expense and without prior notice, will find suitable alternatives to supply the contracted service, being at least equal to or better than the contracted benefits. originally in the Hotel facilities. Cancellation policy:
